Solar Installation
Solar Panel Installation Across Northern California
A solar installation is an engineering project, a permitting project and a financing decision at the same time. We handle all three, and we tell you what each one actually involves.

- $0-Down Options Available*

How it works
From first conversation to permission to operate
- 1
Energy usage analysis
We start with twelve months of kilowatt-hour usage and your current rate schedule. A single summer bill will oversize your system; a spring bill will undersize it.
- 2
Roof assessment
Orientation, tilt, structure, roof material and remaining service life. If your roof has only a few years left, we say so before designing an array on top of it.
- 3
Shade and production modeling
On-site shade measurement rather than a satellite guess, because trees and terrain are what separate a modeled estimate from a real one.
- 4
Equipment selection
Panels, inverter type and any module-level electronics chosen for your roof geometry and shading, with the exact models named in the proposal.
- 5
System design and engineering
Layout, electrical design, any main-panel work required, and a stamped plan set for your jurisdiction.
- 6
Permitting and HOA
We prepare and submit the permit package and any HOA architectural submittal, and we track it through approval.
- 7
Installation
Typically one to three days for a residential system, with proper flashing at every roof penetration and clean conduit routing.
- 8
Inspection, interconnection and monitoring
Building inspection, utility interconnection application, permission to operate, then monitoring activation and a walkthrough of your system.
Financing & protection
The number that matters is the total, not the monthly
We show the cash price and the financed price for the identical system so you can see what the financing costs. $0-down structures are available to qualified customers, subject to lender credit approval and program terms, and PPA options may be available for customers who prefer an alternative to ownership.
Every installation is backed by our 25-year full workmanship agreement, which is designed to provide long-term protection and peace of mind for the installation work itself. Equipment carries its own manufacturer warranties, which are separate.
*$0-down financing is available to qualified customers only and is subject to lender credit approval, program availability, system design, and final contract terms. Not all applicants qualify. *The 25-year full workmanship agreement covers installation workmanship as described in your signed agreement. Coverage, exclusions, transfer terms and eligibility requirements are detailed in the contract documents. Equipment is covered by the applicable manufacturer warranties, which are separate.
